PHOTOCOPYING Photocopying is a key service that we provide. It’s easy, fast and affordable. Pre-Show Services: We give exhibitors the opportunity to send their information ahead, whether it is Camera Ready, on Diskette or by Email. We can handle all your printing needs such as; brochures, flyers, and business cards. Just about any type of printed information your would require at your next Trade Show &/or convention. On-Site Services: All the same services are provided. SIZES ARE: 8 1/2 x 11, 8 1/2 X 14, 11 X 17 - Double or Single sided. * Assorted Color Paper, Hot, & Pastel… what we don’t have on-site can be farmed out to one of our many associates.

LAMINATING Protect your documents and never worry about damaging them. Several sizes are available to you, and we provide them on-site. We laminate up to 11 X 17 and as small as business, (2 1/4"x 3 3/4")

FACSIMILE Did you forget your booth set-up layout? You don’t have to worry because you can have it faxed to “Your office away from your office.” The Exhibitor Support Centre is equipped to send and/or receive faxes just about anywhere in the world that has a fax machine.

TYPING/WORD PROCESSING As “your office away from your office” we know how important your clients are to you, and getting information to them is vital. We can type a letter, proposals, invoices, letter of intent, special show flyers, etc… we can type your words, or allow the creative minds at TESC to assist you in maximizing your show participation.

OFFICE SUPPLIES Give us your list and we’ll find it for you. Copy Paper by the ream or by the sheet, Writing Instruments, Receipt Books, Calculators, Note Pads, Clip Boards (Legal, Letter & Tablet) Sheet Protectors, Presentation Folders, Binders, Staplers/Staples (by the sleeve) Paper Clips, Dry Erase markers, Highlighters, Markers, Carbon Paper (by the sheet) and Stamp Pads.

HARDWARE/ELECTRICAL Power Bars, Extension Cords, Light Bulbs, USB Cable, Phone Adaptors (for USA, Canada, South America, Caribbean) Output: Universal, Velcro, Scissors...

PHONE & COMPUTER ACCESSORIES: Splitters, Keyboards, Mouse, a wide range of Tapes (Duct, Scotch, Masking)

PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS: Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Midol, Advil, Aspirin) Deodorant, Tampons, Pads, Toothpaste and Brushes, Razors, Lotions and First Aid Kits

COMPUTER USAGE STATION Retrieve your Email, or to just edit a document. The Exhibitor Support Centre has available for your use (at a per hour rate, with a minimum charge of 15mins), state of the art computers/laptops, equipped with Microsoft Office and most of today’s editing programs.

PARCEL PICKUP & DELIVERY The Exhibitor Support Centre will make ALL your arrangements with FedEx, Purolator, or UPS and get your (small) packages to your booth and/or back to your office. Waybills and boxes are available at The Exhibitor Support Centre

HOTEL & RESTAURANT RESERVATION Are you tired, hungry and need some excitement? The Exhibitor Support Centre will find you a great hotel; an excellent restaurant and we’ll give you a list of hot spots in Toronto for you to visit.

ADVANCE TICKET SALES (ATS) This provides an easy and convenient opportunity to pre sell tickets to your show at The Exhibitor Support Centre prior to the official opening of your show. ATS is intended to add another key support element for show management.

POINT OF SALE (POS) EQUIPMENT RENTAL Don't miss out on any more sales, because you don't have your own POS terminal. The Exhibitor Support Centre will provide you with the tools to accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX & DEBIT

DISPLAY POCKET RENTAL (DPR) TESC will prominently display your marketing literature both inside and outside our business centre located at Canada's largest trade show facility…. …All you need to do is; provide us with your printed material (Brochures, Flyers, Posters etc.)… The Exhibitor Support Centres key location, in the middle of the Galleria insures that you get exposure from traffic coming to and going from all the exhibit halls of the National Trade Centre.

WHEELCHAIR /SCOOTER & STROLLER RENTAL Standard and Electronic chairs can be available; reservation for this service is advisable.
